We wanted to write to you to thank you for your recent assistance with the boarding of our (my daughters'!) cat, Tinky.
As a Marketing Consultant to local and international firms, I am very aware of what it takes to obtain a customer, and retain one.
One needs just the right combination of product or service, reasonable pricing, knowledge of subject, an approachable manner suitable to the client, and most importantly, personal attention - something that seems to be lost in so many large organizations today.
On the 21st July 2000 our cat came to you for 19 days, having never even been in a "boarding kennel" before that. We were apprehensive, to put it mildly. But your kind and caring manner assured us that we were leaving our "family member" in capable, and caring, hands.
We were not disappointed.
When we collected Tinky on the 10th July we found him to be well groomed, in excellent health, and in great spirits. And it took him just one day to get fully acquainted with his surroundings here at home.
If something had happened to Tinky while we were away (and we realize that despite the best intentions, problems can occur), my daughter would have been devastated.
Leaving him in your care was the best decision we could have made, both for our peace of mind, and the well-being of our family pet.
Our thanks to you and your staff, and compliments on an excellent service, which we shall be sure to recommend to our friends.
